Refund Policy

At Fortune Sprig, we are committed to providing high-quality services. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Below is our fair and transparent refund policy.

Service-Based Work (Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Web Design)

• Refund Request Window: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that work has not yet started.
• No Refunds After Work Begins: Once work has started, refunds will not be issued, as time and resources have already been allocated.
• Partial Refunds: If a client cancels after work has started but before completion, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered based on the work completed.

Web Design Projects (Custom Work)

• Deposit Refund Window: Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment, as work preparation begins immediately.
• Partial Refunds for Cancellations:
  • If cancellation occurs before design mockups are created, a 50% refund of the total project fee may be granted.
  • If cancellation occurs after mockups are approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Revisions & Adjustments: Once the project is completed and delivered, minor revisions will be accommodated as per the agreed-upon terms.

Social Media Management Services

• Cancellation & Refunds Before Service Starts: Clients may request a refund at least 7 days before the start of a new billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
• No Refunds for Completed Work: Once content has been created, scheduled, or published, refunds will not be issued.
• Service Pauses: If a client needs to pause services, we offer the option to credit the remaining balance toward a future service within 30 days.

General Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Clients must submit refund requests in writing to sofia@fortunesprig.com, providing a clear reason for the request.
